What are Zora Coins?
Zora Coins are ERC-20 tokens that link a Creator account with Posts that the creator has published on Zora. Both Creator coins and Post coins are tradable assets, intrinsically linked to each other.
Every profile is a coin with the creator’s username as the ticker. Every post is also an ERC‑20 with a fixed 1B supply. When a creator makes a post, they receive 10M tokens at launch and earn ~1% on every trade through the associated pool. Posts are then instantly tradable on Base through Matcha.
